- Location — precise GPS to show nearby workers and salons
- Media — profile photos, portfolio images and videos
- Device — push notification token, device type
- Usage — app interactions, search queries
2. How We Use Your Data
- Connect beauty professionals with salon owners
- Send relevant job opportunity notifications
- Monitor app stability via Sentry
3. Third-Party Services
- AWS S3 — media file storage
- Sentry — error monitoring (no personal data sold)
- Stripe — identity verification of beauty professionals. Stripe may collect identity documents and biometric data. See stripe.com/privacy
- Cloudinary — profile photos and portfolio images are stored and served via Cloudinary, a cloud media service. See cloudinary.com/privacy
- Expo — push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification service. Device push tokens are shared with Expo. See expo.dev/privacy
We do NOT sell your data to advertisers. Ever.
4. Data Retention
- Active account — data retained while account exists
- Deleted account — all data removed within 30 days
- You can delete your account anytime from the app
5. Your Rights
- Access your data — contact support@mysalon.com
- Delete your data — Settings → Delete Account in the app
- Correction — edit your profile anytime
