1. Platform Description

My Salon In is a marketplace connecting beauty professionals with salon owners. We are not a staffing agency.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Beauty professionals on My Salon In are independent contractors, not employees of My Salon In or any salon. My Salon In does not control work schedules, rates, or methods.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful profile information
• Maintain valid professional licenses where required
• Communicate professionally with other users
• Honor commitments made through the platform

4. Prohibited Conduct

• False or misleading profile information
• Harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Circumventing the platform after initial connection

5. Account Termination

My Salon In may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Salon In is not liable for disputes between workers and salon owners, quality of services, or lost income.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of My Salon In shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Virginia, United States. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
